Terms and Conditions

 

Payments &Taxes

 

1. Once customer completes payment, the requested date is secured on our calendar. We will hold the date on our calendar for 48 hours after we send the invoice. If invoice is not paid in 48 hours, we may move to the next client inquiring for that date.

2. Clients are responsible for all taxes.

 

Cookie Pick up

 

1. If you are picking up the cookies in Douglassville, PA, we will send you the address once payment is received.

2. We scheduled pickups by appointment and will contact you a day or two in advance to schedule your appointment.

 

Shipping

 

1. Cookies will be packed carefully before being sent via UPS or USPS. Due to the nature of the item, cookie purchases are non-refundable. We do our very best to ensure all cookies arrive in perfect condition, but we are not responsible for damage due the postal carrier.

2. Please ensure the shipping address you provide is complete and correct. We are not responsible for any returned/or lost packages due to an incorrect address.

3. Clients are responsible for shipping charges.

 

Changes to Order

 

1. Any changes made after payment may be incorporated at the discretion of Mo Sweets Please. Changes may require an additional charge.

 

Allergy & Dietary Warnings

 

1. Mo Sweets Please’s products contain, and/or are made in a kitchen which also processes: wheat, eggs, dairy, soy, and nuts. We are unable to serve those with severe food allergies at this time.

 

Content

 

1. Mo Sweets Please reserves the right to use all photographs, video, other content of the custom order for advertising purposes unless otherwise requested and agreed upon mutually.
