  • How often do you offer classes and what should I expect?
    We target to offer classes each month with a variety of designs. A typical class is up to about 18 people for a more personal approach. You do not need any experience, and I hope you will walk away with amazing cookies to show off to family and friends and learn something new in the process.
  • How are your cookies come packaged?
    Cookies are individually sealed in clear bags. Tags, ribbons, bows and any other decorative items are available for an additional price and will be reflected on your invoice.
  • Can I freeze leftover cookies?
    Yes. If you'd like to keep your cookies fresh for longer than 2 weeks, we suggest placing the cookies (in the heat-sealed bag) inside a sealed container and then placing that container in the freezer. Your cookies can stay frozen for up to 6 months. Just remember to let the container COME BACK TO ROOM TEMPERATURE BEFORE you open it (maybe about 8 hours). NO PEEKING in the container before they come to room temperature.
  • I just received my cookies, should I put them in the refrigerator?
    Please don't! Many people think the cookies will stay fresh if they place them in the refrigerator. Unfortunately, royal icing (which is what we use to decorate our cookies) doesn't respond well to condensation (what happens after you take your cookies out of the refrigerator).   • Allergen Information
    Consumers should be aware that the cookies we produce are made in a kitchen where we prepare other foods that contain allergens including, but not limited to, dairy, nuts, eggs and gluten. Therefore, we cannot guarantee zero cross-contamination with other food allergens.
  • How do I order?
    Please submit custom order requests through order form on my website. Once you submit the form and we agree upon availability, quantity, pricing and pickup, I will email you an invoice. Payment is required within two days of receiving the invoice. Due to the volume of custom orders, your order is not on my calendar until your payment is received. We accept payments through Zelle (preferred), Venmo or Credit Card. Cookies will be available for pickup at the pre-arranged time.
  • Where are you located?
    We are located in Douglassville, PA. Exact address will be provided after booking.
  • Do you provide shipping?
    Yes, we do! We ship nationwide across the U.S except to Hawaii and Alaska! Shipping cost will be provided upon receipt of shipping address.
  • How far in advance do I need to order?
    It’s never too early to book your order! As of now, I am currently booking 1-2 months out (sometimes further) depending on the time of year. You can place your order at any time, and we will bake it according to the date you give us. For example, if you order in January and tell us that you need them for May 10, we will bake and decorate your order to be completed for May 10.
  • Can my child attend a cookie class with me?
    Absolutely! I have many kids come and enjoy making cookies with their parents, and a ticket is required for both the child and the adult. We recommend ages 9 and older, but we've had younger. You know you child best, and if you feel your child can follow along, then your child is welcome to come with you. Children under 15 are welcome to attend with a paying adult.
  • Is it legal to work out of a home kitchen?
    Yes! Legally operating home processors in Pennsylvania are inspected and licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture. We follow the same rules and best practices as any commercial kitchen, restaurant, food truck, etc.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
